Voicepulse/Grandstream Configuration - Des Moines Computer Repair
STEP 1 Logging into your device
Log into the GXP1625’s administrative interface by using the supplied default username (admin) and default password (admin).

STEP 2 Configuring your VoicePulse account
From the top menu bar, please select the Accounts option. After doing so, select the Accounts 1 >> General Settings option; which is located on the side menu bar.

Please use the settings detailed in the screen captures below. After your have finished entering these settings, click on the Save and Apply button to apply/save your settings:

Authenticate Password Enter your endpoint Password here. Your endpoint password is the password you created for the endpoint you are trying to use.
Name Enter the caller id phone number here. “5058675309”

Next, locate the Account 1 >> Network Settings menu option on the side menu bar. On this page, please use the settings detailed in the screen captures below. After you have finished entering these settings, click on the Save and Apply button to apply/save your settings:

After completing the steps detailed above, locate the Account 1 >> SIP Settings >> Basic Settings menu option on the side menu bar. On this page, please use the settings detailed in the screen captures below. After you have finished entering these settings, click on the Save and Apply button to apply/save your settings:

Next, locate the Account 1 >> Audio Settings menu option on the side menu bar. On this page, please use the settings detailed in the screen captures below. After you have finished entering these settings, click on the Save and Apply button to apply/save your settings:

STEP 3 Checking Registration Status
To ensure that your GXP1625 has successfully registered to our service click on the Status option on the top menu bar. Locate the Account Status section; you should see that the Account you just configured is now Registered.
